- Tap the blue pencil next to the distance and then entering in the new yardage. Changing this distance will override the automatic average distances from your in-round.
How to Retire a golf club
Breakups are hard, but replacing an old golf club with a new one doesn't have to be. When it's time to get a new club, you can retire the golf club from your active Golf Bag. Retiring a club will save all of your stats and data, including Tracked Shots, but you'll be able to start recording new data for your new club.
Retiring a golf club from your Golf Bag will remove the club from on-course Club Recommendations, so be sure to have a replacement club to fill in any distance gaps that are created.
You can Retire a club by:- Launching the 18Birdies app.
- Tap Me in the bottom right corner.
- Tap My Clubs.
- Tap the club you would like to retire.
- Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
- Tap Retire Club.
Have the itch to put an old club back in your bag? You can easily add any Retired Club back to your golf bag at any time. Just head over to the Retired Clubs List on the Golf Bag Homepage.
How to delete a golf club
Deleting a golf club from your Golf Bag will permanently remove the golf club from your profile.

- Launching the 18Birdies app.

- Tap My Clubs.
- Tap the club you would like to delete.
