How can I use QR Codes in 18Birdies?

Adding a new friend to your friends list, inviting a friend to join your round or joining someone else's round has never been faster in 18Birdies! Quickly add a new friend, join a round of golf by using a QR code!

Add a New Friend

1. Launch the 18Birdies app.
2. Tap 'Me' on the bottom menu bar to open your profile.
   

   

3. Tap the QR code icon on the screen to pull up your QR code.

   

4. Have your friend scan your code and tap 'Add Friend'

Tip: You can tap the 'Scan' or 'My QR Code' to switch between the QR scanner and your own QR code.

Invite a Golfer To Your Round

1. Launch the 18Birdies app.
2. Tap 'Play' on the bottom menu bar.

   

3. Tap 'Start a Round' and complete the round setup process.
4. After the round is set up, you will be asked if you would like to invite players to your round. Tap the QR icon and show the QR code to the golfer that you would like to join.

   

5. Once they've scanned the QR Code, they will be able to join the round.

4. Scan your playing partner's QR Code to join their round.
