Your player profile helps personalize your 18Birdies account.

You can update your profile photo, name, and other profile details from the Me tab.

How do I edit my player profile?

To edit your player profile:

  1. Open the 18Birdies app.
  2. Tap Me on the bottom menu.
  3. Tap your profile photo, name, or profile area.
  4. Update your profile details.
  5. Save your changes.

What profile details can I update?

You may be able to update profile details such as:

  • Profile photo
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Bio
  • Home Course(s)
  • Gender
  • Birth Year
  • Country
  • Email
  • Mobile Number
  • Account Type

What profile information can other golfers see?

Other golfers may be able to see parts of your player profile depending on your privacy settings.

Visible information may include:

  • Profile photo
  • Name
  • Bio
  • Shared activity
  • Public rounds or posts, depending on your privacy settings

To manage what other golfers can see, review your Privacy Settings.


Where do I update account settings?

Some account details are not managed from Edit Profile.

For email, phone number, password, units, handedness, app version, clear cache, or logout, go to Managing Account Settings.


Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my profile photo?

Go to Me, tap on the profile photo, update to the photo you like, and save changes.

How do I change my name?

Go to Me, tap on your name at the top of the screen, edit the first name and/or last name, and save changes.

Why did my profile changes not save?

Make sure you tapped Save after making changes.

If the change still does not appear, check your connection, close and reopen the app, and try again. If the issue continues, contact Support with screenshots.
