How Do I Upgrade to Premium?

To upgrade in the 18Birdies app:

  1. Open 18Birdies.
  2. Tap Me on the bottom menu.
  3. Tap Start Free Trial or Go Premium in the top-right corner.
  4. Select your preferred subscription plan.
  5. Review the price, billing period, trial eligibility, and renewal terms.
  6. Tap Continue.
  7. Confirm your purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Once your purchase is confirmed, you can start using Premium features in 18Birdies.

How Do Premium Trials Work?

Eligible users can try 18Birdies Premium free. During your trial, you receive full access to Premium features, including advanced on-course tools, Smart Tracking, deeper performance insights, and swing-improvement features.

You can cancel at any time during the free trial at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin at the price shown when you started the trial.

Your available plans, prices, trial eligibility, trial length, and renewal details are shown before you confirm your purchase.

Free-trial eligibility depends on your account and previous subscription or trial history.

If you are not eligible for a free trial, you can still tap Go Premium to review the available plans, prices, and purchase details before subscribing.

How do I redeem an 18Birdies Premium promotional offer?

18Birdies Premium promotional offers are redeemed through a promotional link.

Tap the promotional link from the partner or offer source. If you do not have 18Birdies installed, you will be redirected to the App Store or Google Play to download the app. After installing, create an account or sign in, then follow the offer prompts.

If you already have 18Birdies installed, tapping the link should take you directly to the offer page in the app.

18Birdies does not currently support entering promo codes directly in the app. If the promotional link does not work, contact Support with your 18Birdies account email, the promotional link, the source of the offer, and a screenshot of the issue.

I Upgraded, but Premium Features Are Still Locked. What Should I Do?

First, confirm that your purchase was completed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Then check that:

  • You are signed in to the correct 18Birdies account.
  • You are using the same Apple Account or Google Account used for the purchase.
  • Your subscription is active in your app store account.
  • You are using the latest version of 18Birdies.

Trial eligibility is shown before a purchase is confirmed. Some accounts, plans, or offers may not be eligible for a free trial.

I Accidentally Purchased the Wrong Subscription Plan. What Should I Do?

Premium purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Cancel the subscription through your app store settings to prevent it from renewing at the end of the current subscription period. Canceling does not automatically refund the original purchase.
