I am a Premium Member but I Don't Have Access To Premium Features

If you are a Premium subscriber and you are having issues accessing Premium features, you may need to Restore your Subscription.

iOS

  1. Open the app and tap Me on the bottom menu bar.
  2. Tap the Gear/Cog Wheel icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Scroll down and tap Restore Subscription.

Android

  1. Go to your device Settings
  2. Open App Manager (may be called Apps & Notifications on some devices)
  3. Tap App Info and select 18Birdies
  4. Select Force Stop to close the app
  5. Force stop Google Play Store as well
  6. Reopen Google Play Store
  7. Search an app on the Store to update the cache
  8. Reopen 18Birdies

If this doesn't force the 18Birdies app to recognize the subscription from Google Play, the next step will be to clear the app data:

  1. Go to your device Settings
  2. Open App Manager (may be called Apps & Notifications on some devices)
  3. Tap App Info and select 18Birdies
  4. Select Storage (it may be located in a different place depending on your device)
  5. Delete the Data and Cache
  6. Go back to the App Manager
  7. Select Google Play Store
  8. Delete Google Play Store app data and cache
  9. Restart your device
  10. Open Google Play Store
  11. Look for any app
  12. Open 18Birdies
