What is Pro Swing Analysis?

No. Pro Swing Analysis is available to all 18Birdies users.

Premium members receive a discount on each Pro Swing Analysis review, but free users can also purchase and use the feature.

Pro Swing Analysis is charged per swing review. If you submit another swing for review later, that is a separate purchase.

If the app asks for multiple angles, submit the requested views for the same swing or the same swing issue so your coach can provide the most complete feedback.

Yes. You can upload an existing swing video from your phone’s camera roll, or you can record a new swing directly in the 18Birdies app.

Yes. You can submit a video from the driving range, indoors, or on the course as long as the video clearly shows your swing.

Driving range videos are usually easiest to review because the camera can stay still and capture your full motion.

Indoor or on-course videos may also work if:

• Your full body and club are visible.
• The camera is stable.
• There is enough light.
• No one blocks the view during the swing.
• The swing is captured from a useful angle.

Add any context that will help your coach understand your goals. For example, you can mention:

• What you are struggling with
• What shot shape or miss you usually see
• What club you are using
• Whether the video was filmed indoors, on the range, or on the course
• Any physical limitations or injuries that affect your swing
• What you want to improve most

You can also request general feedback if you are not sure what is wrong.

Pro Swing Analysis is designed around one swing review purchase at a time. If you want feedback on another swing, you will need to submit a new review.

Once your swing has been submitted for review, you may not be able to edit or replace the video.

If you submitted the wrong video or need help with a recent submission, contact support@18birdies.com.

Most reviews are returned within a few business days. You will receive a notification in 18Birdies when your review is ready.

If it has been more than a few business days and you have not received your review:

1. Make sure app notifications are enabled.
2. Open 18Birdies.
3. Go to Improve.
4. Open Pro Swing Analysis to check whether your review is available.

If you still do not see your review, contact support@18birdies.com for help.

If your swing video will not upload, try these steps:

1. Check your internet connection.
2. Make sure the 18Birdies app is updated.
3. Close and reopen the app.
4. Try uploading again on Wi-Fi.
5. Confirm that your video file is not too long or too large.
6. Make sure 18Birdies has permission to access your camera and photos.

If the upload still fails, contact Support and include:

• The device you are using
• Whether you are on iOS or Android
• What happens when you try to upload the video
• Any error message you see

A coach may ask for another video if the original video is difficult to review.

This can happen if:

• The camera angle does not show your swing clearly.
• Part of your body or club is cut off.
• The video is too dark or blurry.
• Someone walks in front of the camera.
• The wrong swing or club was submitted.
• Only one angle was submitted and the coach needs another view.

Pro Swing Analysis provides remote coach feedback inside 18Birdies. Your coach review includes personalized feedback based on the swing video you submit.

It is not a live lesson or live video call.

Yes. Your review usually includes drills or practice recommendations based on the main swing issues your coach identifies.

Pro Swing Analysis purchases are completed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund eligibility may depend on the purchase platform and the details of your request.

Yes. When submitting another swing, you may have the option to request your previous coach or try a different coach.

Not always. 18Birdies matches you with a coach based on your goals and swing type. If you want to work with the same coach again, choose that option when it is available during your next submission.

If you submit additional swing reviews, your coach may be able to use the context you provide and your previous goals to understand what you are working on.

To track progress, submit a new swing after practicing your recommended drills and explain what you have been working on.

The best way to check progress is to submit another swing video after practicing the recommended drills.

When you submit your next swing, include a note explaining what you changed and what results you are seeing on the range or course.
