I can't connect my Apple Watch to the app.

Our first recommendation is to check the model version of Apple Watch you are using.

If you are using an Apple Watch Series 3, please note that Apple has ended support for older devices with the latest updates to watchOS and iOS, including the Series 3 Apple Watch. As a result, the app is no longer compatible with these devices.
