I get an error message saying "Network Unavailable"
First, we want to make sure that you have cellular data turned on. Please follow these steps:
- From your iPhone home screen, open Settings.
- Tap Cellular.
- Tap the button next to Cellular Data to turn it Green.
Next, we want to make sure cellular data is turned on for the app.
- From your iPhone home screen, open Settings.
- Scroll down until you find 18Birdies listed with the rest of your apps; tap 18Birdies.
- Do you see Cellular Data at the bottom? Is the toggle switch to the right of Cellular Data 'Green'?
If that doesn't help, can you take a screenshot or recording of the error, please? That will help us get an idea of what you're seeing and hopefully replicate the issue.
