Can I Delete My 18Birdies Account?

Though it hurts to see you go, we have made it easy for you to delete your account. 

How does 18Birdies handle your data?

At 18Birdies, your privacy is of paramount importance. We take clear steps to ensure that we protect your data and privacy. This includes: Encryption and anonymization of data

• No selling of individual user data
• Requiring you to opt-in to any data sharing, such as location services
• Providing you with privacy controls, allowing you to choose exactly what you share in the app

Data Requests

Following data protection best practices, 18Birdies user data is available for any user who requests access to their specific data records. Additionally, 18Birdies will remove user data from our database if requested.

Account Deletion

Once an account has been deleted from the 18Birdies database, all account and identifying information is wiped from our server. It may take up to 30 days from when the deletion request is submitted to when all data is removed.

How to delete your account in the 18Birdies app

1. Launch the 18Birdies App.
2. Tap Me on the bottom menu bar.
3. Tap the "..." in the upper right corner.
4. Scroll down and tap Settings.
5. Scroll down and tap Account Deletion.
6. Follow the prompts to delete your account.

If you need direct assistance with deleting your account, please reach out to Support@18Birdies.com and include the following information with your deletion request

• The email address associated with the account to be deleted.
• Your First and Last Name for the account.

Get Your Handicap

Important!

If you have signed up for a free Premium trial (weekly/monthly/annual), deleting your account does not cancel the trial or the automatic renewal that takes place when the subscription ends.

Deleting your 18Birdies account also does not cancel a subscription, paid service, or email newsletters that may have been agreed upon while using 18Birdies.
