Is There an Age Limit for 18Birdies?
18Birdies is a community for all golfers and we encourage participation of golfers from every background, especially when it comes to the promotion of junior golf.
There are certain aspects of the app and services that require users to be of a certain age in order to have the capacity of entering and agreeing upon a Terms of Service agreement (contract) with 18Birdies.
With this consideration, all users of 18Birdies must be 16 years of age or older.
From our Terms of Service
Section 3. Compliance
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that (a) you are 16 years of age or older and acknowledge and agree that features, activities and other aspects of the Services may be subject to heightened age and/or other eligibility requirements (e.g., purchases, contests, sweepstakes, promotions, rewards programs, etc.); (b) your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law, rule or regulation; and (c) you shall make timely and satisfactory payment for any Services purchased by you. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or 18Birdies suspects that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, 18Birdies has the right to suspend or terminate your registration (in whole or in part) and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof), in its sole discretion, with or without notice to you, and without liability or obligation to you.
