What are Course Leaderboards?

Course Leaderboards show rankings for qualified rounds played at a specific course.

Leaderboards can help you compare your performance to other golfers who have played the same course.

Course Leaderboards use two types of settings:

  • Time windows: Last Month and Last Year
  • Ranking metrics: Gross Score and Number of Birdied Holes

For example, you may be able to view the top Gross Scores from the last month or the most Birdied holes (out of 18) recorded over the last year.

Where can I find Course Leaderboards?

To view Course Leaderboards:

  1. Open the 18Birdies app.
  2. Tap Courses on the bottom menu.
  3. Search for the course.
  4. Open the Course Profile.
  5. Find the Community section.
  6. Scroll to the Leaderboard section.
  7. Select the leaderboard you want to view.

How can my round qualify for a Course Leaderboard?

To make sure that your round appears on a Course Leaderboard:

  1. Start the round from the correct course.
  2. Use 18Birdies during the round.
  3. Make sure your round is a qualified round.
  4. Set your round visibility to Everyone.
  5. Check your privacy settings to make sure leaderboard participation is allowed.

To determine whether a round is qualified, 18Birdies verifies that:

  • Your GPS location was confirmed.
  • You completed 6 holes or more.
  • You spent enough time on the course.
  • Scores were recorded while you were on the course.

Why don’t I see my round on the leaderboard?

If your round does not appear on a Course Leaderboard, check that it meets the leaderboard requirements.

Your round may not appear if:

  • The round was not saved.
  • The round was not a qualified round.
  • Your round visibility is not set to Everyone.
  • Your account privacy settings limit leaderboard participation.
  • You played a different course profile or duplicate version of the course.
  • The leaderboard has not refreshed yet.

Important Note: Course Leaderboards refresh daily, so your name may not appear until the leaderboard updates the next day.
