  2. Tap Me.
  3. Scroll to Rounds Played.
  4. Tap your most recent round.

Open any round to view the round date, course, scorecard, and available details.

Why did my Round History disappear after getting a new phone?

Your Round History is tied to your 18Birdies account, not your device.

If your rounds are missing after getting a new phone, you may be signed into a different account or using a different login method than before.

Try signing in with the same email, phone number, Apple login, Google login, or Facebook login method you used on your previous device.

If your Round History still does not appear, contact Support with your name, account email, phone number, and any other login method you may have used.

Why does my account look new even though I have played rounds before?

This usually means you are signed into a different account than the one that contains your Round History.

Try checking whether you previously used:

  • Email login
  • Phone number login
  • Apple login
  • Google login
  • Facebook login

If you think you may have multiple accounts, contact Support so our team can review.

Can I see old rounds from a previous phone?

Yes. Your rounds are saved to your 18Birdies account.

To see old rounds on a new phone, download 18Birdies and sign into the same account you used before.

Can I view my Round History on desktop?

18Birdies is currently designed as a mobile-first app.

At this time, Round History, scorecards, stats, and shot details are viewed in the 18Birdies mobile app.

What happens if I accidentally finish or complete a round?

If you accidentally finish a round, go to Me > Rounds Played and open the completed round.

You are still able to review or edit the scorecard from the saved round.

If the round is stuck, will not save, or prevents you from starting a new round, contact Support with the course name, round date, and screenshots if available.

Can I attach a guest scorecard to a player’s account after the round?

If a player was added as a guest during a round, the scorecard may not automatically attach to a new account created later.

For best results, players should join the round with their own 18Birdies account before or during the round.

If you need help with a guest round, contact Support with the round date, course, and player information.

Can I recover a deleted round?

Deleted rounds are not available for recovery.

Can I delete a completed round?

Yes, if the delete option is available.

Important: Deleting a completed round may affect your Round History, stats, course history, achievements, and handicap-related information.
