What if I used Facebook Login?

Facebook Login is no longer supported.

If your account has an email address or phone number connected, you can still log in using that email address or phone number.

If your Facebook-created account does not have an email address or phone number connected, contact Support for help recovering your account.

What if I got a new phone and my account looks empty?

Your rounds and stats are stored with your 18Birdies account, not on your phone.

If your account looks empty after getting a new phone, you may have created a new account instead of logging into your existing one.

Try logging out and signing in with the email address or phone number you used before. If you are not sure which login was used, contact Support for help.

I Logged In and My Account Looks Empty

If your account looks empty after logging in, you may have logged into the wrong account or created a new one.

Try logging out and signing in with another email address, phone number, or login method you may have used.

If you are not sure which account is correct, contact Support.

Can I merge two accounts?

No. Due to privacy restrictions, users are not able to merge the data of multiple accounts.
