You can delete your 18Birdies account from the app.

Before deleting your account, please review what happens to your account data, Premium subscription, free trial, and account access.

Once your account has been deleted and confirmed, account data and information cannot be retrieved.

How do I delete my account in the app?

To delete your account:

1. Open the 18Birdies app.
2. Tap Me on the bottom menu.
3. Tap the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner.
4. Tap Settings.
5. Scroll down and tap Account Deletion.
6. Follow the prompts to delete your account.

If you are a Premium user, make sure to cancel your Premium subscription otherwise you may still be charged by auto renew.

What happens when I delete my account?

When your account is deleted, account and identifying information are removed from the 18Birdies database.

It may take up to 30 days from the time the deletion request is submitted for all account data to be removed.

Once deletion is confirmed, account data cannot be retrieved.

How does 18Birdies handle my data?

18Birdies takes steps to protect user data and privacy, including:

• Protecting user data
• Not selling individual user data
• Requiring opt-in for certain types of data sharing, such as location services
• Providing privacy controls in the app
• Allowing users to request access to their account data
• Allowing users to request account deletion

How do I download my account data?

You can request or download an archive of your 18Birdies account data from the 18Birdies account data page.

We recommend downloading any data you want to keep using https://18birdies.com/download-account-data/ before deleting your account.

Can Support help delete my account?

No. Our Support team is not able to delete users. This must be done by the user themself in the app.

Does deleting my account cancel Premium?

No. Deleting your 18Birdies account does not cancel a Premium subscription, free trial, paid service, or email newsletter.

If you signed up for a free Premium trial or recurring subscription, you must cancel the trial or subscription separately through the original purchase method.

Important: If you delete your account without canceling Premium, your subscription or free trial may still renew through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
