18Birdies 10 Million Users Sweepstakes

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor.

The sole sponsor of this promotion is 18Birdies LLC ("Sponsor" or "18Birdies").

2. Promotion Description; Entry Instructions.

The 18Birdies 10 Million Users Sweepstakes consists of ten (10) separate weekly sweepstakes promotions, each corresponding to a featured 18Birdies "dream course" of the week. Each weekly sweepstakes is a separate promotion with its own entry period, featured course, prize, winner selection, and applicable entry opportunities. Entries submitted or earned during one weekly sweepstakes do not roll over to any other weekly sweepstakes.

To enter a weekly sweepstakes and be eligible for that week's Weekly Grand Prize, an eligible participant may earn entries during the applicable Promotion Period through one or more of the entry methods described below. All entries, regardless of method of entry, are subject to a maximum of twenty-five (25) total entries per person per weekly sweepstakes. If an entrant completes actions that would otherwise result in more than twenty-five (25) entries during a weekly sweepstakes, the entrant will receive only twenty-five (25) entries for that weekly sweepstakes. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

For purposes of these Official Rules, the "Campaign Entry Form" means the online form designated by Sponsor for social challenge proof submissions and alternate method of entry submissions.

For purposes of these Official Rules, a "qualified round" means a round that satisfies the qualified round requirements specified by Sponsor in the 18Birdies mobile application or related support materials, available at:https://help.18birdies.com/article/105-what-is-a-qualified-round. Sponsor may verify qualified rounds and completed scorecards using its systems and records.

Core Weekly Entry.

During each weekly Promotion Period, an eligible participant may earn one (1) entry by logging a qualified round with a completed scorecard in the 18Birdies mobile application. Eligible rounds may include 9-hole and 18-hole rounds, provided that the round satisfies the qualified round requirements specified by Sponsor and includes a completed scorecard. Each qualified round with a completed scorecard may earn one (1) entry, subject to the twenty-five (25) entry weekly cap.

Always-On Weekly Bonus Entries.

During each weekly Promotion Period, eligible participants may earn additional entries through the following actions, subject to the twenty-five (25) entry weekly cap:

Commenting on friends' rounds: one (1) entry per eligible comment on a friend's round in the 18Birdies mobile application, up to a maximum of five (5) entries per weekly Promotion Period.

Referrals or invite links: three (3) entries per referred new user, up to a maximum of nine (9) entries per weekly Promotion Period. For purposes of this entry method, a "referred new user" means an individual who creates a new 18Birdies account through an entrant's referral or invite link during the applicable weekly Promotion Period, subject to any verification requirements determined by Sponsor.

Premium membership: ten (10) entries per weekly Promotion Period for eligible participants who have an active 18Birdies Premium subscription during the applicable weekly Promotion Period, as determined by Sponsor.

An eligible participant who completes the applicable featured in-app challenge during the applicable weekly Promotion Period may earn three (3) entries per eligible completion, up to a maximum of nine (9) entries per weekly Promotion Period, subject to the twenty-five (25) entry weekly cap. Sponsor may provide additional instructions for each featured in-app challenge, including completion requirements, validation requirements, eligible app actions, timing, and any limitations necessary to administer the applicable weekly Promotion Period.

Entry Verification and Limitations.

All entries must be complete, accurate, submitted by the applicable deadline, and received by Sponsor during the applicable weekly Promotion Period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations, logins, automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other method may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address or 18Birdies account associated with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, employer, online platform, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

3. Promotion Period.

The Promotions will run consecutively, in separate, week-long intervals, beginning at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on June 18, 2026, and ending at 11:59 p.m. PT on August 26, 2026 (each one-week period within this time frame a "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the dates and times specified for the applicable Promotion Period to be eligible to receive a prize. Sponsor will determine the timing of entries in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Promotions, including modifying these Official Rules, where necessary or appropriate, subject to applicable law.

4. Eligibility.

The Promotions are open globally to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry and who are located in a jurisdiction where the Promotions are lawful, except where prohibited or restricted by law. The Promotions are void in any country, state, province, territory, or jurisdiction where prohibited, restricted, taxed, bonded, registered, or otherwise subject to legal requirements that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, would make the Promotions impracticable or unlawful.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, and any advertising, promotion, prize supplier, or other entity involved in the development, administration, execution, or fulfillment of the Promotions, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win.

5. Prizes.

Following each Promotion Period, one (1) weekly grand prize winner will receive a "Dream Course Package" consisting of one round of golf for two (2) individuals at the 18Birdies dream course featured for that weekly Promotion Period, plus a cash stipend intended to help support travel and hospitality expenses (each, a "Weekly Grand Prize").

The stipend amount will vary by weekly Promotion Period and featured course and is expected to range from two thousand dollars (US$2,000) to three thousand five hundred dollars (US$3,500). Sponsor will determine the final stipend amount for each weekly Promotion Period before the applicable weekly Promotion Period begins. The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Weekly Grand Prize, including the round of golf for two and the cash stipend, will be less than five thousand dollars (US$5,000).

The featured golf course, course location, stipend amount, and ARV for each Weekly Grand Prize may vary by Promotion Period and will be listed in the featured course and prize schedule, campaign landing page, or applicable weekly addendum designated by Sponsor. Golf course and location of the Dream Course Package may differ across Promotion Periods and are subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component with another prize or prize component of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize or component is unavailable for any reason.

Unless expressly stated by Sponsor, each Weekly Grand Prize covers only the round of golf or tee time as provided by the featured course and the stated cash stipend. Travel, lodging, meals, taxes, transportation, caddie fees, club rentals, gratuities, incidentals, insurance, passport or visa fees, and all other expenses are the winner's sole responsibility unless expressly stated by Sponsor in writing. Prize availability may be subject to course scheduling, blackout dates, weather, course conditions, booking requirements, redemption windows, and other restrictions. Winner and guest must comply with all course rules, booking requirements, dress codes, conduct standards, and applicable laws. No substitution, assignment, transfer, or cash redemption of the non-cash prize components is permitted except by Sponsor. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt and use of the prize.

Limit: one (1) Weekly Grand Prize per person during the entire campaign.

No prize substitution, assignment, transfer, or cash redemption is permitted by any winner, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or portion of a prize with a prize, cash payment, or other alternative of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any portion of the prize becomes unavailable, impracticable, or impossible to fulfill for any reason, including without limitation course availability, scheduling restrictions, blackout dates, weather, visa or travel restrictions, legal or regulatory restrictions, winner or guest inability to travel, or any other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded as cash or other compensation, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification.

Following each Promotion Period, Sponsor or its designee will randomly select one (1) potential Weekly Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Promotion Period.

Potential winners will be contacted through the email address, 18Birdies account information, or other contact information supplied or associated with the selected entry. A potential winner must respond to Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours after Sponsor's notification attempt. If a potential winner does not respond within the required time, is found ineligible, fails to complete required documentation, refuses the prize, or cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for the applicable Promotion Period.

A potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, tax documentation, and, where lawful, a publicity release. By entering or accepting any prize, winner allows Sponsor to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, prize information, biographical information, hometown, state/province, home golf course, and country for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation where permitted by law. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotions constitutes participant's consent to Sponsor's use of participant's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, state/province, and country for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

7. Conditions of Participation.

By submitting an entry for this Promotion, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and any decision Sponsor makes regarding this Promotion, which Sponsor shall make in its sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and prosecute to the fullest extent permitted by law any participant or winner who, in Sponsor’s reasonable suspicion, tampers with Sponsor site, the entry process, intentionally submits more than a single entry, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
