Resetting or Changing Your Password

If you forgot your password or want to update it, you can reset or change your password from the 18Birdies app

If you are locked out, use the Forgot Password option from the login screen. If you are already logged in and know your current password, you can change it from your account settings.

How do I reset a forgotten password?

If you are logged out and forgot your password:

Open the 18Birdies app.
Tap Already have an account? Log In.
Tap Forgot Password.
Enter the email address associated with your 18Birdies account.
Tap Submit.
Check your email for the password reset instructions.
Follow the prompts to create a new password.

The password reset link or code expires after 24 hours.

How do I change my password while logged in?

If you are logged in and know your current password:

Open the 18Birdies app.
Tap Me on the bottom menu.
Tap the Three dot menu at the top of the page.
Tap the Gear or Settings icon.
Tap Manage Password.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password.
Tap Done.
When the password changed confirmation appears, tap OK.

What if I forgot my password but I am still logged in?

If you forgot your password but are still logged into the app, make sure you have access to the email address associated with your 18Birdies account before logging out.
To reset your password, you may need to log out and use the Forgot Password option. If you do not have access to your email inbox, you may be unable to complete the password reset.

What if I do not have access to my email inbox?

If you do not have access to the email address associated with your 18Birdies account, contact 18Birdies Support for help.
Do not log out of your account until you are sure you can access the email address or phone number connected to your account.

What if I do not remember my login information?

If you cannot remember the email address, phone number, or login method associated with your account, contact 18Birdies Support.

Can Support tell me my password?

No. For security reasons, Support cannot view or provide your password.
