Check App Version

Ensuring that you are using the most current version of the 18Birdies app is essential to having a great experience while using the app.

In this article, we will give you a couple of different methods to check what version of the app you are using and if there is a newer version available.

In-App

To check the version of the app that you are running right now, follow these steps:

1. Open the app and tap your profile icon in the upper right corner.
2. Tap the Gear/Cog Wheel icon in the upper right corner to open App Settings.
3. Scroll down and towards the bottom of the screen see "Version #.#.#"
   Example: Version 8.7.0

App Store

iOS

1. From your iPhone home screen, find and open the App Store.
2. Tap Search.
3. Enter 18Birdies into the search bar; tap Search.

Next to the 18Birdies app, if you see 'Update' then you are using an older version of the app. Tap Update to install the current version.

If you see 'Open' next to the 18Birdies app, then you are all set!

Google Play

1. From your Android home screen, find and open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap Search.
3. Enter 18Birdies into the search bar; tap Search.

Next to the 18Birdies app, if you see 'Update' then you are using an older version of the app. Tap Update to install the current version.
