If you get a new phone, your 18Birdies account data can still be accessed by logging into the same account.

Your rounds, stats, handicap information, friends, and settings are stored with your 18Birdies account, not on your device.

Will my rounds and stats transfer to my new phone?

Yes. Your rounds, stats, friends, handicap information, and account settings are stored with your 18Birdies account.

To access them on a new phone, download the app and log in with the same account you used before.


How do I log in on a new phone?

To log in on a new phone:

  1. Download 18Birdies from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the app.
  3. Tap Already have an account? Log In.
  4. Enter the email address or phone number connected to your account.
  5. Follow the prompts to log in.

Important: Be sure to log in with your existing account instead of creating a new account.


What if my account looks empty?

If your rounds, stats, or friends are missing, you may have logged into a different account or accidentally created a new account.

Try logging out and signing in with another email address, phone number, or login method you may have used.

If you are not sure which account is correct, contact Support for help.


What happens to Premium on a new phone?

For most users, Premium access will appear after logging into the correct 18Birdies account and the correct Apple ID or Google Play account.

If Premium does not appear, check that:

  • You are logged into the correct 18Birdies account
  • You are using the same Apple ID or Google Play account used for the purchase
  • Your subscription is still active
  • You have tried restoring your subscription, if available

What if I switch from Android to iPhone?

Your 18Birdies account can be used on your new phone, but app store subscriptions do not automatically transfer between Google Play and the Apple App Store.

If you purchased Premium through Google Play and switch to iPhone, you will need to cancel your Google Play subscription and resubscribe through the Apple App Store.

If you purchased Premium through the Apple App Store and switch to Android, you may need to manage or cancel the subscription through Apple and resubscribe through Google Play.
