My Course is Wrong
My course is on the app, but there are issues (yardage, GPS, handicaps, etc). Can you fix the issue?
Of course! Please email us at support@18birdies.com to let us know which course the issue occurs on, and we will get it corrected. Please attach a picture of the scorecard, course layout, and any screenshots you have that show the issue.
How to Help Our Team
We would love to update or add your course! To help our team add or correct your course as quickly as possible, please try to send an email to support@18Birdies.com with the following information regarding your course request.
- Image of the actual course scorecard (phone pictures work great!)
- Course Mapping (If the course has been redesigned, please send a picture of the layout, and let us know which holes have been moved around.)
- Specific course information (course name, street address, phone number, email, etc)
