Important Announcement

DreamGames will be going on hiatus starting 1/1/20, and until further notice, as we work on making changes to our user rewards programs. 

What does this mean in layman's terms? Simply, DreamGames – our rewards program where users can earn Scratchards and "play" them for Grand Prize Entries and Instant Prizes – will no longer exist in the app in its current form starting next year.

How does this affect you?
  • All existing Scratchcards will expire on 12/31/19 at 11:59pm PST. Please be sure to use all of your Scratchcards before then. There will be no way to redeem them or get credit for them.
  • If you are a Grand Prize Winner for the current DreamGames at the end of the month, your prize will be awarded as planned - nothing changes here.
  • If you have won an Instant Prize during this current DreamGames, your prize(s) will be awarded as planned – nothing changes here.
  • You will no longer be able to earn Scratchcards after our V9.4 release on 12/19/19.

    • I won an instant win prize, when will I receive it?

    Prizes are typically shipped within 2 weeks of the prize being won. Some prizes require a custom order to fit your specifications, which can add 1 to 2 weeks. If you are curious about the status of your prize, please reach out to us at Support@18Birdies.com.

    I received my prize but it is defective

    This can happen from time to time; the great news is that we have your back!

    If you have received a prize that you believe is broken, defective, or otherwise not what you were expecting, please let us know right away so we can look into it and get you a replacement ASAP.

    Grand Prizes

    Grand Prize winners will receive an email from our fulfillment team to start and complete the fulfillment process. If you think you have won but you are unable to find the email in your inbox, please look in your Spam or Junk folder.
