Turning on Location Services
If your GPS is not working, we first ask that you verify that your device has Location Services turned on and that the 18Birdies app is allowed to access this information.
iPhone
- Go to your iPhone's Settings.
- Tap Privacy, then tap Location Services.
- Scroll down and tap 18Birdies
- Decide to allow location access Never or While Using the App.
Android
- Open your device's Settings.
- Tap Apps, find 18Birdies, tap this.
- Tap Permissions.
- Tap Location to toggle on and off.
