I am Outside of the Acceptable Window - Can I Still Modify/Cancel My Reservation?

Yes, you can still cancel your tee time when you are outside of the acceptable cancellation window, however, you will not be eligible for a refund for any prepayment or deposit/service fees you have paid.

If you would like to modify your tee time but you are outside of the acceptable cancellation window, you must contact the golf course directly and request a change. The golf course may or may not be able to honor modifications in this scenario. 18Birdies is not liable for last-minute changes outside of the cancellation window from the golf course or user.

Cancel a tee time

1. Open the app and tap Me.
2. Tap Transaction History.
3. Find the Tee Time Reservation you wish to cancel and tap to open the Tee Time Reservation screen.
4. At the bottom of the screen, tap Cancel Order.
