The App Does not Allow Me To Book a Tee Time

There are certain situations where the app may not allow you to book a tee time.

Your payment method may be invalid

Be sure to check that you have accurate information entered for your Payment Method

  1. Open the app and tap Me on the bottom menu bar.
  2. Tap Payment Method.
  3. Tap Add Payment Card.
  4. Complete the details on the Add Payment Card.
  5. Tap Add Card to add the card to your 18Birdies profile.

The tee time may have been booked by another user 

Try looking for another tee time by Quick Search, Hot Deals or by Regular Search.

You may also be seeing a message that the network is unavailable

In these situations, we have seen users have success by turning off the WiFi on your device and using cellular data.
