What Do I Do if I Cannot Make My Tee Time?

If you are unable to make your tee time and your reservation is 24+ hours from tee off, you can cancel the tee time in the app by following the instructions below. If your reservation is within 24 hours from tee off, you must contact the golf course directly.

Reference the Tee Time and Cancellation Policy to see if your tee time is eligible for a refund.

Cancel a tee time

  1. Open the app and tap Me.

  2. Tap the Three Dots in the top right corner.

  3. Tap Transaction History.

  4. Find the Tee Time Reservation you wish to cancel and tap to open the Tee Time Reservation screen.

  5. At the bottom of the screen, tap Cancel Order.

My Tee Time is Today and I Need to Cancel

Reservations within 24 hours from tee-off are unable to be canceled in the app. Cancellations within 24 hours of tee-off must be canceled by contacting the golf course directly. Refunds are not applicable for cancellations with 24 hours.

Once a reservation is within 24 hours of tee off, we no longer have access to the golf course's tee sheet and we can no longer make any changes. If a situation comes up in the future where you need to cancel on the day of, please contact the golf course directly and request your name be taken off the tee sheet to avoid being charged a no-show fee.

Be sure to confirm with the course that you are removed from the golf course tee sheet. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full amount of the tee time.
