What Do I Do if I Cannot Make My Tee Time?
If you are unable to make your tee time, you must first cancel the tee time in the app and contact the golf course directly.
Be sure to confirm with the course that you are removed from the golf course tee sheet. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full amount of the tee time.
Cancel a tee time
- Open the app and tap Me.
- Tap Transaction History.
- Find the Tee Time Reservation you wish to cancel and tap to open the Tee Time Reservation screen.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Cancel Order.
