From the Group Details page, tap Invite Members
From here, you have a few different options. You can either invite from your existing 18Birdies friends list (Invite from friends list), search and add from the 18Birdies database of users (Search 18Birdies users), or invite from your device contact list/ address book (Search my contact list).
Once you have invited the players and the group is formed, you will then need to create the first tournament.

Inviting The Group to the Tournament
When you have created your tournament, you should be taken to that tournament's homepage and there should be a small drop-down menu that appears in the upper right corner (if not, tap the three dots in the upper right corner).
- Go back to the 18Birdies app home page and tap Community on the bottom.
- Tap Groups.
- Tap on the private group created for the tournament.
- Tap the blue pencil icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Paste the Tournament Code that you copied in the body of the message. Then, add whatever message you want to communicate to the group.
When you hit Post, a notification will automatically be sent to the entire private group that you just created. The players will then have the option to accept the tournament invitation or decline the tournament invitation.
The players will then automatically be added to the tournament and you won't have to worry about anything until the day of.
When the day of the tournament rolls around, each player will just need to start their tournament round and you should be good to go. The tournament leaderboard will be live and accessible for all participants.
For any of the players who did not play in the weekly tournament, they can enter the Gallery Code and follow along with the days play, or view the results after the round.
